Playing sports offers many personal, social and health advantages, including the development of esteem and team skills, better overall fitness and increased relationship opportunities. One of the most certain benefits of regular participation in sports is better strength, endurance or overall fitness. It is also true for differently abled sportsperson.

Kripa Benevolent Trust believes in providing equal opportunity, independent living, accessible environment and facilities for persons with disabilities. We encourage sports among differently abled persons.

In collaboration with Voice of World, we extended our help towards the 2 day Inter-State Cricket Tournament for the Blind held on 23rd & 24th February 2019 at Bratachari Society Ground, Joka, Kolkata. The visually challenged person showed keen interest to take active part in the tournament. Visually challenged players from Jharkhand, Orissa and West Bengal took part in the tournament.

January 2020, KRIPA BENEVOLENT TRUST helped Bengal Blind Cricket and Sports Association to organise Cricket Tournament for the Blind Boys. The tournament held at Oxford Ground Behala Chowrasta. Visually challenged boys from Jharkhand, Orissa and West Bengal took part in the tournament. The tournament was successfully and very encouraging to the visually challenged persons.
